It covers recent Texas HOA law changes, the updated TREC HOA Addendum 36-11, subdivision information, buyer and seller responsibilities, HOA fees, assessments, and prorations under the One to Four Family Residential Contract. Agents will learn how to identify potential HOA concerns early, explain the contract process accurately, and help buyers and sellers avoid surprises before closing.
